About the role
Provide world-class customer support for Coinbase's premium clients.
- •The Customer Success Specialist II will serve as a primary subject matter expert for Coinbase's products, providing world-class service and support to valued clients worldwide.
- •This role focuses on delivering outstanding and personalized support in various international languages to premium customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide best-in-class customer support, handling contacts proactively and through to resolution.
- •Utilize data and customer feedback to address critical customer issues at the root cause.
- •Proactively identify customer needs to simplify the customer experience and strengthen trust in Coinbase.
- •Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase products and the crypto environment to guide customers.
- •Support international or regional ad-hoc projects in addition to core work.
- •Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or support role, including working with high-value customers.
- •Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, ROI/staking rewards, self-custody, crypto, equities, derivatives, and futures.
- •Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
