• •You'll own customer relationships, act as a technical advisor, and ensure successful platform adoption.
• •Key Responsibilities Own customer relationships through migration and adoption Serve as a technical advisor for Mesh platform adoption Drive technical health and platform optimization Conduct technical discovery sessions Partner with customer teams to deliver technical outcomes Requirements 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS platforms Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript Experience supporting data migrations or systems integration projects Ability to troubleshoot API workflows and technical configuration issues
