• •As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Ironclad, you'll lead the technical strategy for our document and record service, driving reliability, scalability, and performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive technical strategy and decisions for the document service Collaborate with engineering teams to unlock new feature capabilities and AI innovation Mentor and provide feedback to other engineers Collaborate cross-functionally to spec, design, and build features and systems Partner with quality engineers to define and maintain testing strategy Recruit and grow engineering teams Build and apply AI tools to power contract intelligence Requirements At least 7 years of software experience in backend/platform systems Leadership experience and a drive towards improving technical architecture Passion for software engineering and shipping valuable products Experience leveraging AI tooling across a team Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills Alignment with Ironclad’s values: drive, intent, integrity, and empathy
