• •Loop is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with prospective and existing merchants across EMEA and APAC.
• •You will explain Loop's technologies and understand merchant needs to ensure smooth launches.
• •Key Responsibilities Become an expert on Loop's platform and integrations.
• •Provide technical support to Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams.
• •Vet and close deals from a technical requirements perspective.
• •Create customized product demos and proofs-of-concept.
• •Become an SME on APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering or technical sales.
• •Hands-on experience with logistics, 3PL, and warehouse systems.
• •Strong integrations background across diverse commerce architectures.
