  • This foundational leadership role will shape the company's entire top-of-funnel engine, bridging product-led growth with sophisticated enterprise sales.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and iterate on the SDR playbook, including persona-based messaging and multi-channel sequencing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 SDRs, focusing on skill development and career trajectory.
  • Own the feedback loop between Go-to-Market and Product, translating insights into actionable strategy.
  • Lead unconventional, creative prospecting campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
  • Optimize inbound lead conversion and identify sales-assist opportunities from product usage.
  • Requirements 4-6+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years directly managing SDRs.
  • Proven track record of hitting quota as an SDR/AE or driving team attainment as a lead/manager.
  • Mastery of modern sales tools like Clay, Day AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
