• •Key Responsibilities Define and execute the observability strategy for Supabase Evaluate and evolve the observability stack Drive convergence toward a single-pane-of-glass experience internally Establish SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and capacity planning practices Own the customer-facing observability experience Requirements 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years leading or managing teams Built, significantly evolved, or operated an observability platform at scale Deeply technical across the observability stack Hands-on experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.
