Develop and improve AI-powered systems for Deel's global go-to-market engine.

• •You'll build, run, and continuously improve the AI-powered systems that drive Deel's global go-to-market engine.
• •Key Responsibilities Identify and prioritize high-impact technical and product problems Design, code, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications with Node.js Ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable under real-world conditions Lead execution through others (not just individual contribution) Partner with GTM Teams to ensure technical work drives business outcomes Requirements You will develop high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, Javascript, React, Express.
• •Experience with NestJS, Vite, and Next.js is a plus.
• •Define and implement technical strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
• •Lead innovation through rapid prototyping, iterative development, and problem-solving.
• •Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• •Partner with GTM Teams, design, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment on goals.
