• •Key Responsibilities Own AI voice, style guides, and content foundations for clinical and patient-facing surfaces Work directly with ML researchers and model teams to embed standards into training and fine-tuning Translate complex clinical and AI concepts into clear, trustworthy language Define content standards for clinicians and patients, balancing accuracy and clarity Partner with product, design, and engineering to champion content quality Requirements Principal-level content design or UX writing experience Experience working with ML or AI product teams Strong ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into clear language Proven craft in establishing content systems, style guides, and practices
