- •Mira Mace is seeking a Senior Healthcare Platform Engineer to own the critical integrations and billing systems that connect their platform to the broader healthcare ecosystem.
- •This role involves building and operating the infrastructure that handles data exchange with EHRs, payers, and other healthcare partners, ensuring seamless care delivery and revenue cycle management.
- •Key Responsibilities Own billing and claims end to end, building and operating the pipeline from care delivery to payment.
- •Own healthcare integrations, designing, building, and running connections to EHRs, clinical partners, and eligibility services.
- •Model healthcare data correctly, transforming messy external payloads into a clean internal data model.
- •Build for failure, implementing monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation for third-party system issues.
- •Act as the domain expert, guiding the team on healthcare data flow and ensuring designs are robust.
- •Requirements Significant experience building software in healthcare and operating production healthcare integrations.
- •Hands-on experience with the revenue cycle (claims submission, coding, eligibility, payments, denials).
- •Strong backend engineering skills including API design, data modeling, and system reconciliation.
- •Comfort with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, X12) and handling PHI under HIPAA.
