Client Growth Associate to drive property owner engagement for Flock’s Single Family Rental product.

• •Flock is seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to join our Acquisitions team as a Client Growth Associate.
• •You’ll be the first point of contact with rental property owners—sparking conversations, building relationships, and qualifying fit for Flock’s Single Family Rental product.
• •Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to real estate investors to introduce Flock and explore opportunities.
• •Engage inbound and outbound prospects to assess needs, evaluate fit, and guide them into the pipeline.
• •Track interactions in Salesforce, capture key insights, and implement systematic follow-ups.
• •Partner closely with Single Family Rental Directors to support prospect pitches and schedule meetings.
• •Requirements Proven success in cold outreach (bonus points for real estate, finance, or related industries).
• •Confident, clear, and able to build rapport quickly by phone or Zoom.
• •Organized, motivated, and able to manage your own targets and time.
• •Basic knowledge of real estate and investment concepts—or the drive to learn fast.
