Senior Manager, Warehouse Enablement

Ensures warehouse partnerships execute at the highest possible level operationally, technically, and strategically.

• •Archive is seeking a senior, highly credible operator to serve as the embedded execution leader across its 3PL warehouse network.
• •This role ensures warehouse partnerships execute at the highest possible level operationally, technically, and strategically.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the execution bridge between warehouse operations and customers.
• •Create scalable systems and processes for managing multiple points of contact.
• •Diagnose and resolve issues related to WMS usage, data integrity, and workflow friction.
• •Partner with Head of Resale Ops to enhance and maintain 3PL software offerings.
• •Act as the voice of the 3PL stakeholder, translating warehouse reality into actionable product requests.
• •Requirements 7+ years in logistics, marketplace ops, supply chain, or warehouse systems, with direct experience working with 3PLs and WMS tools.
• •Strong experience working with, implementing, and improving software products.
• •Clear communicator with engineers, non-technical stakeholders, partners, and customers.
