  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Direct Sales Team.
  • In this role, you will be largely responsible for the smooth execution of our events, trade fairs, and functions throughout Germany, ensuring we shine with first-class stands. ✨ In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a central role in planning and coordinating all event logistics.
  • From managing external logistics partners and our warehouse locations to optimizing logistical processes
  • you are the heart of our operational success! If you love it when a plan works perfectly, can keep track of ~10 simultaneous locations/events, and go the extra mile with passion, then this is your match! 💛 Your Responsibilities Event Logistics & Schedule Planning: You plan, coordinate, and monitor event logistics for our appearances throughout Germany.
  • In close coordination with the DS team, you create bi-weekly schedules and ensure that everything runs smoothly from setup to debriefing
  • even with up to 10 parallel events.
  • Relationship Building: You build close, professional relationships with our logistics partners to ensure setup and dismantling on-site are punctual, reliable, and of high quality.
  • Quality Assurance: You ensure that all stands meet our visual standards and support the event and brand team in continuously optimizing our appearance.
  • Inventory Management: You maintain full control over our event equipment, monitor warehouse inventory, and independently take care of replenishment (e.g., sampling materials like treats).
  • Project Support: You actively assist the Event Manager with key logistical projects and large trade fairs (e.g., Hund & Pferd, DogsWorld, Dogs & Fun).

  • Detail Detective: You leave nothing to chance and double-check every plan and every detail.
  • You ensure that our brand presence on-site always looks "premium" and no small item is missing from the packing list.
  • Communication Professional: You are the interface between warehouse, drivers, event managers, and partners.
  • Your communication is clear, precise, and always solution-oriented

  • Doer Mentality: You work completely independently.
  • You don't wait for instructions but see where action is needed and "own" your projects from start to finish with a high standard of quality.
  • Resilience: Multitasking is not a buzzword for you but everyday life.
  • You remain calm and focused, even when things get stressful just before the trade fair begins.
  • Passion: You bring real enthusiasm for events and logistics, and naturally, your heart beats for dogs.
  • Essentials: You have already gained initial professional experience through a working student position or an internship and feel comfortable in dynamic work environments.
  • You have basic skills in Google Sheets/Reporting.
  • You communicate confidently in German (C2 level) and are proficient in English.
