Staff Technical Program Manager, Revenue Product Compliance

Drive revenue projects and compliance programs within Consumer Revenue and Revenue Infra teams.

• •Discord is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive revenue projects and compliance programs within the Consumer Revenue and Revenue Infra teams.
• •You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Legal to ensure a high-value premium experience while maintaining a compliant business.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and run our Revenue compliance program with a customer-centric mindset.
• •Develop ownership models for code, products, and programs to meet compliance needs.
• •Implement solutions to support the Orbs economy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• •Manage multiple complex projects with competing timelines and resource needs.
• •Requirements 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience with fast-paced product or infrastructure engineering teams.
• •Experience with e-commerce platforms and monetizable products (payments, billing, etc.).
• •Experience working with Engineering, Product, and Legal leadership on compliance and regulatory needs, especially payment processing.
• •Deep experience in technical program management methodologies and bringing structure to ambiguous spaces.
