• •We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale how we build and deliver AI-powered offensive security at HackerOne.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and improve AI First workflows that enhance product operations Demonstrate Change Agility by adapting to evolving product priorities Apply Data-Driven Decision Making to define, track, and analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics Use First Principles Problem Solving to break down complex product and operational challenges Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to improve planning, tracking, and execution across the product development lifecycle Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment Strong experience with product analytics, including SQL and tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms Experience working with product instrumentation, telemetry, or data pipelines in partnership with Engineering Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product or operational improvements Demonstrated ability in building and automating product related processes using AI
