About the role
- •We are seeking a General Manager (GM) / Director of Clinical Operations, Therapy to oversee and optimize the day-to-day clinical operations of our telehealth psychotherapy services.
- •This role requires a strategic leader with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage and scale a large team of therapists across various states while ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
- •A highly cross-functional and collaborative role, you will be working with providers as your main internal clients but will partner with Product and Tech, Clinical Support, and other centralized operational functions.
