• •Deepgram is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design efforts across critical product surfaces, including developer workflows and evaluator journeys.
• •This role involves co-authoring product strategy and inventing new interaction patterns for Voice AI.
• •Key Responsibilities Frame problems across multiple product teams and co-author strategy with Product leadership.
• •Own business outcomes and drive design impact across critical product surfaces.
• •Invent new interaction patterns for Voice AI, rather than iterating on existing ones.
• •Contribute to design system evolution and product surface design.
• •Requirements Proven experience as a Product Designer, capable of shipping world-class work.
• •Ability to frame problems and influence product strategy.
• •Experience in inventing new product experiences, particularly in emerging technology areas.
• •Comfort with an AI-first mindset and rapid iteration.
