- •Sonatus is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of Edge AI for in-vehicle health monitoring and prediction.
- •This role involves building and deploying AI models that analyze vehicle data to detect and predict system health and anticipate failures in real-time.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and train AI Edge models (e.g., Transformers, LLM, CNN, LSTM) for log and trace analysis.
- •Develop algorithms for log pattern clustering and software regression detection.
- •Design unsupervised and supervised learning models for time-series data monitoring.
- •Port and optimize models for execution on resource-constrained edge devices.
- •Lead the architecture for the edge ML pipeline and mentor junior engineers.
- •Requirements 7+ years in Machine Learning Engineering, with 3+ years focused on Edge AI or Embedded Systems.
- •Expert Python and working knowledge of modern C++.
- •Deep proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with inference engines like ONNX, TFLite, or TVM.
- •Experience deploying to Edge environments and managing memory on limited compute resources.
- •Proven ability to lead technical projects from concept to production.
