- •Growth Analyst will build the analytical foundation for the Marketing & Lifecycle team in Chile.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyse the full merchant lifecycle and build a single source of truth for lifecycle KPIs and performance Design and maintain dashboards that measure the incremental impact of lifecycle campaigns and connect activity to revenue Design, build and optimise CRM journeys and campaigns, including segmentation logic for A/B tests, cohorts, and holdouts Requirements Strong experience in data-driven roles such as business analytics, growth analytics, or marketing analytics Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets Ability to connect analytical findings to commercial outcomes such as LTV, churn, cohort revenue, and product adoption
