TL;DR
Owns the connectivity engine for third-party integrations in the Otter ecosystem.
- •As Product Manager for Otter's Integrations & Ecosystem domain, you'll own the connectivity engine behind every third-party integration in the Otter ecosystem, linking Otter to dozens of partner platforms and ensuring these connections are authenticated, alive, and reliable at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and track key ecosystem health metrics.
- •Own and drive the technical roadmap for a self-healing integration engine.
- •Design systems to maintain high success rates despite partner-side changes.
- •Develop automated loops for detecting and recovering broken connections.
- •Onboard new partner platforms into the integration engine.
- •Requirements 8-10 years of product management experience with a focus on technical platforms or integrations.
- •Technical fluency in integration architecture (OAuth/SSO, credential management, session lifecycle, webhooks).
- •Proven track record of owning system reliability at scale.
- •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
