Generate pipeline by prospecting new accounts and qualifying leads for Account Executives.

  • As an SDR based in Brazil, you will generate pipeline by prospecting new accounts and qualifying leads for Account Executives to drive B2B sales growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Execute targeted outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies.
  • Engage and nurture inbound/outbound leads via multi-channel outreach.
  • Qualify leads and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Persistently follow up to set meetings and contribute market insights.
  • Requirements Native Portuguese and business‑level English (C1/C2).
  • Minimum 2 years in Sales Development/BDR or similar outbound role with quota experience.
  • Experience with B2B clients in Brazil and CRM/sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
