About the role
Generate pipeline by prospecting new accounts and qualifying leads for Account Executives.
- •As an SDR based in Brazil, you will generate pipeline by prospecting new accounts and qualifying leads for Account Executives to drive B2B sales growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute targeted outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies.
- •Engage and nurture inbound/outbound leads via multi-channel outreach.
- •Qualify leads and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- •Persistently follow up to set meetings and contribute market insights.
- •Requirements Native Portuguese and business‑level English (C1/C2).
- •Minimum 2 years in Sales Development/BDR or similar outbound role with quota experience.
- •Experience with B2B clients in Brazil and CRM/sales engagement tools.
- •Strong communication, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
