- •We are looking for a Content Lead to grow our Library of Minds podcast and organic content channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Turn conversations into shareable formats like clips, carousels, threads, and Q&A pairs.
- •Own the full podcast strategy, including guest selection, outreach, prep, and scheduling.
- •Develop systems for identifying and landing high-signal guests.
- •Scale our podcast, YouTube, and social presence significantly.
- •Ensure every piece of content has a clear next step for listeners.
- •Own our messaging and brand voice across channels.
- •Requirements Strong creative judgment and a high bar for taste.
- •Hands-on and fast, comfortable scripting, editing, and shipping content.
- •Proven experience scaling at least one podcast, YouTube channel, or social account meaningfully.
