- •Join Datadog's Technical Solutions team to support clients and ensure their success.
- •Engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests and educate them on the platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via multiple channels to identify and resolve technical support requests.
- •Reproduce technical issues and dive into Datadog's integrations.
- •Become demo certified and lead product demos to customers.
- •Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on client interactions.
- •Train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
- •Work from a Datadog office 3
- •5 days per week.
- •Requirements A Computer Science / Engineering major and/or Bootcamp graduate.
