AI Security Specialist

Lead AI security efforts for AI-powered systems and ML infrastructure.

• •The AI Security Specialist will lead efforts to secure AI-powered systems, agentic workflows, and ML infrastructure across Deel, defining standards, controls, and enablement for safe AI adoption.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and maintain AI security strategy across infrastructure and products Lead security assessments, threat modeling for models, LLM integrations, and agentic systems Evaluate/deploy AISPM and AIDR solutions and secure MCP server deployments Own security review and enablement for internal AI tool adoption and policies Requirements Experience securing AI/ML systems and LLM integrations Familiarity with application security, CI/CD hardening, and dependency scanning Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001)
