- •This role focuses on developing and scaling advanced test capabilities for both R&D and high-volume manufacturing of quantum computers.

- •Develop and deploy circuit-level test methodologies for high-speed, production-worthy testing.

- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in photonic device testing, PIC testing, optical measurement systems, or automated test system development.
- •Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and driving projects from concept through deployment.
- •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system-level failures.
