TL;DR
Lead the deployment function, ensuring customer success and driving revenue growth.
- •Assembled is seeking a Head of Deployments to own the end-to-end deployment function, ensuring successful onboarding and time-to-value for new customers.
- •This strategic role involves leading a team and building scalable processes to support contracts ranging from $10K to $2M+.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Deployments end to end: technical onboarding, project management, and time-to-value for new customers.
- •Lead and develop the Deployment Strategist team, including coaching and capacity planning.
- •Build repeatable, scalable deployment processes and playbooks.
- •Own the Sales-to-Deployment handoff and ensure scoping accuracy.
- •Own the revenue number and P&L plan for the Deployments function.
- •Requirements Strong customer-facing orientation and executive communication skills.
- •Hands-on, builder's mindset with experience creating structure from scratch.
- •Proven people leader with experience managing a team of 8+.
- •Comfort with pre-sales and value framing, especially for AI adoption.
- •Experience running a P&L, pricing engagements, or making build-vs-partner decisions.
