Oversee and optimize supply chain operations from Eastern Europe to Germany.

• •FERNRIDE is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to oversee and optimize their supply chain operations, particularly focusing on managing suppliers in Eastern Europe and ensuring seamless logistics to Germany.
• •Key Responsibilities Direct and optimize the supply chain from Ukrainian and Polish suppliers to assembly locations in Germany.
• •Manage key partner relationships, ensuring contract compliance, quality, and optimized lead times.
• •Develop contingency plans for supply routes and troubleshoot material shortages.
• •Navigate EU and non-EU trade regulations, managing customs documentation and cross-border logistics.
• •Requirements 5+ years in Supply Chain Management or Strategic Purchasing.
• •Proven experience managing suppliers in Eastern Europe (Poland/Ukraine).
• •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• •Fluent in English and German; proficiency in Ukrainian is a strong plus.
