Production Supervisor - Plasma Thermal Spray (2nd Shift, Mon-Fri)

Manage production team and ensure quality standards are met.

• •The Production Supervisor will manage assigned departments and lead the production team to meet customer goals.
• •Key Responsibilities Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• •Oversee the safety and well-being of the team.
• •Monitor assigned work and review completed jobs to ensure adherence to work scope.
• •Utilize computer software for assigning, verifying, tracking, and monitoring metrics.
• •Motivate, coach, and counsel team members to achieve desired results.
• •Requirements Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment or aviation maintenance.
• •Experience in understanding and following verbal and written instructions accurately.
• •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or experience in aviation maintenance.
