  • Join Moonfare as an Account Management Analyst to support and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth investors and institutional partners.
  • You will oversee onboarding processes and collaborate across teams to ensure a high-quality client experience on our digital private equity platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, supporting onboarding, platform training, and account setup.
  • Coordinate with KYC, Compliance, Legal, and Fund Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and provide feedback to Product teams to optimize internal workflows.
  • Requirements 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and experience using CRM systems like HubSpot.
