- •Join Moonfare as an Account Management Analyst to support and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth investors and institutional partners.
- •You will oversee onboarding processes and collaborate across teams to ensure a high-quality client experience on our digital private equity platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, supporting onboarding, platform training, and account setup.
- •Coordinate with KYC, Compliance, Legal, and Fund Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- •Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and provide feedback to Product teams to optimize internal workflows.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •Fluency in English and experience using CRM systems like HubSpot.
