Execute booking and documentation processes, troubleshoot shipments, and improve logistics processes.

• •The Ocean Operations Specialist role is critical for making Flexport's mission to make global trade easy a reality.
• •You will work closely with account management, customs teams, and other partners to solve operational challenges and improve logistics processes.
• •Key Responsibilities Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers.
• •Timely shipment troubleshooting and exception escalation/handling.
• •Work with Flexport account management and planning teams to ensure an effective end-to-end export process.
• •Requirements BA/BS degree. 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Consulting.
• •Desire to build a better machine and manage vendor relations.
