• •Grafana Labs is seeking a strategic finance leader to partner with GTM executives and shape the future of the Finance & Strategy organization.
• •This role combines financial leadership, business partnership, data-driven decision making, and finance transformation to improve business outcomes and scale the organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into financial plans and investment decisions.
• •Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning across GTM.
• •Deliver actionable financial insights and executive recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• •Modernize Finance through AI, automation, and scalable planning processes.
• •Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• •Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to influence strategic business decisions.
• •Strong financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis expertise.
• •Experience building scalable finance processes and improving operational efficiency through automation.
