- •Taktile is seeking an Applied AI Engagement Manager to act as a strategic partner for enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation and value realization of AI-driven decision-making solutions.
- •This post-sale role focuses on guiding complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
- •Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations, becoming a subject-matter expert on the Taktile platform.
- •Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and core users.
- •Identify opportunities for product expansion and gather feedback to inform product development.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, implementation, or customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- •Technical fluency with the ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions to engineers and customers, especially in applied AI.
- •Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
- •Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
