• •Design and implement experiments to improve student retention, learning, and placement outcomes.
• •Optimize operations and metrics tracking for a growing team of student experience professionals.
• •Own end-to-end projects, including revamping processes and hiring.
• •Requirements 5+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, preferably in edtech or healthcare.
• •Strong analytical acumen and ability to develop action plans to meet business goals.
