TL;DR
Manage contracting process for customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
- •Sift is hiring a Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist to manage the contracting process, including customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements independently.
- •Review and finalize AI-generated first-pass redlines and clause extraction on incoming contracts.
- •Manage vendor and procurement requests end to end.
- •Coach Sales on standard terms and redlines.
- •Triage inbound contracts and vendor requests, and escalate anything complex or high-risk to legal counsel.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in a contracts, legal operations, or deal desk role.
- •Comfortable using AI tools daily to speed up drafting and review.
- •Good judgment on what's standard versus what needs to go to legal counsel.
- •Experience with Salesforce and Jira.
