  • Key Responsibilities Design and lead Basic Capital’s advisor partnerships strategy from zero to scale Identify top RIAs and plan advisors who align with the future of retirement Build relationships, educate, and convert advisors into long-term partners Build playbooks, messaging, and education that make advisors confident selling Basic Capital Be the voice of the advisor back into product and operations Requirements Experience building partnerships, channels, or BD motions (especially in fintech or wealth) Strong relationship-building and outbound skills Ability to explain complex products clearly and credibly Comfort working cross-functionally with product, ops, and marketing High agency and willingness to build without a playbook
