Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Design and operate reliable systems for EarnIn's financial products.

• •EarnIn is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team and focus on designing, observing, and operating systems in production.
• •Key Responsibilities Design systems with resilience, graceful degradation, and capacity in mind.
• •Define and measure SLOs and SLIs that reflect customer experience.
• •Use Datadog and CloudWatch for observability.
• •Configure alerting and routing for incident management.
• •Continuously improve incident lifecycle.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in SRE or Software Engineering.
• •Hands-on coding experience in Python and/or Go.
• •Distributed Systems Expertise.
• •Reliability Engineering Mindset.
