  • The Sales and Partnership Enablement Specialist will build and operate the enablement function from the ground up to increase team effectiveness.
  • You will translate strategy into execution by providing tools, messaging, and training for direct and partner-led motions.

  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires and partners.

  • Requirements 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize enablement programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Experience supporting both direct sales and partner-led revenue motions.
