Enable sales and partner teams through strategic enablement programs.
- •The Sales and Partnership Enablement Specialist will build and operate the enablement function from the ground up to increase team effectiveness.
- •You will translate strategy into execution by providing tools, messaging, and training for direct and partner-led motions.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain enablement assets like playbooks, battlecards, and decks.
- •Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires and partners.
- •Operationalize sales processes and document repeatable playbooks for revenue motions.
- •Track and report on success metrics like ramp time and content usage.
- •Requirements 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or product marketing.
- •Proven ability to design and operationalize enablement programs.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex concepts.
- •Experience supporting both direct sales and partner-led revenue motions.
