- •Trustpilot is seeking a Salesforce Commercial Platform Lead for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
- •This hybrid role involves leading the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce Commercial Tech team, with a significant hands-on component in the Salesforce platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Salesforce Commercial Tech team, managing sprints and release delivery.
- •Line manage Salesforce admins and developers, providing coaching and feedback.
- •Act as the primary escalation point for Commercial Tech issues.
- •Configure and maintain the Sales Cloud instance, building Flows and automation.
- •Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate delivery status.
- •Requirements Proven background in Salesforce delivery or project management in an agile environment. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong Sales Cloud knowledge.
- •Experience line managing or mentoring Salesforce professionals.
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
