Manager, Product Management - Simplic (Hybrid)

Manage product roadmaps, collaborate with teams, and lead product managers for a Brazil-based fintech product.

• •As a Manager, Product Manager, you will directly support our Brazil product, Simplic, operating with a startup mindset within a scaled fintech organization.
• •You will own key areas of the product roadmap and collaborate across internal teams and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime consumer lending business.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and drive product roadmaps through data, customer insights, and market opportunities.
• •Partner closely with Engineering to define scalable system solutions, APIs, and data flows.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality product releases.
• •Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and prioritization guidance.
• •Requirements 7+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to technical product environments. 2+ years serving as a team lead, driving product roadmaps and mentoring junior team members.
• •Strong technical skills, including experience with relational databases and SQL for large datasets.
• •Proven ability to drive multiple projects through a full product lifecycle in an agile environment.
