• •Mentor Managers / Tech leads and retain talent, foster growth plans at each level of the team.
• •Build solutions and own the Technical Direction and decisions alongside the Tech Leads.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of management, and proven experience as a manager of managers and technical leads.
• •Proficiency in System Architecture and Design with knowledge of data stores.
