- •We are looking for an Odoo Business Analyst to lead our business processes and financial functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis and support for Odoo in key financial functions: accounting, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and reporting.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure smooth business processes.
- •Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- •Optimize workflows and identify best practices for ERP systems.
- •Develop and maintain Odoo modules, workflows, approvals, and related documentation.
- •Provide training and support for financial and operational processes through AI-driven tools and automation solutions.
- •Coordinate testing, validation, and post-launch improvements.
- •Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- •Requirements Practical experience in implementing or administering Odoo or other ERP systems.
- •Strong understanding of financial processes: accounting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and reporting.
- •Experience with business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
- •Ability to optimize business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, Miro, Visio, or similar tools.
- •In-depth knowledge of ERP systems without programming (roles, workflows, approvals, visibility, dashboards).
- •Understanding of integrating ERP with external systems through API, banking tools, payroll, CRM, or BI systems.
- •Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets for analytics, reconciliations, and migration data.
- •Practical experience with AI instruments for business analysis, optimization, automated workflows, and document generation.
