- •Key Responsibilities Own the full 360° sales cycle, driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, solution scoping, tailored demos, and successful deal closure.
- •Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline of qualified mid-market opportunities using Salesforce and Gong, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- •Develop a deep understanding of prospective customers’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives.
- •Guide complex buying committees—up to senior and executive (C-suite) levels—through high-value consultative sales engagements.
- •Requirements 3+ years’ proven success in a SaaS solution sales role with a focus on new logo acquisition and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ideally in HR Tech or related verticals).
- •Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline through self-sourced opportunities as well as inbound leads.
