  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting the Mid-Enterprise business.
  • Key Responsibilities Hire, coach, and develop Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers.
  • Establish best practices for discovery, demos, and technical deal strategy.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to drive pipeline progression and improve win rates.
  • Develop onboarding, playbooks, and repeatable sales engineering motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Requirements 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity. 2+ years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams.
  • Experience supporting Mid-Market, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
