About the role
Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting the Mid-Enterprise business.
- •Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting the Mid-Enterprise business.
- •Key Responsibilities Hire, coach, and develop Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers.
- •Establish best practices for discovery, demos, and technical deal strategy.
- •Partner with Sales leaders to drive pipeline progression and improve win rates.
- •Develop onboarding, playbooks, and repeatable sales engineering motions.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity. 2+ years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams.
- •Experience supporting Mid-Market, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales motions.
- •Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- •Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
