Vice President Vehicle Logistics

Owns end-to-end vehicle logistics, P&L, and team management.

• •The VP Vehicle Logistics owns end-to-end vehicle logistics including customer handovers and returns, with direct P&L responsibility and a team of ~20 FTE reporting to the SVP Operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end vehicle logistics: handovers, returns and vehicle movements Direct P&L ownership across logistics costs and impact adjacent costs Define strategy for logistics model including FINN Stations and external partners Scale operational capacity and FINN Station network Lead senior stakeholder and partner negotiations and manage a ~20 FTE team Requirements 6+ years work experience in fast-paced, operations-heavy environments 2+ years proven people leadership across diverse teams Strong stakeholder management and senior-level negotiation skills Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and comfort with ambiguity German (C2) and English (C1+) language skills
