Lead local operations, manage teams, and drive performance for a Gopuff facility.

• •Gopuff is seeking a self-starting and entrepreneurial Site Leader II to join the operations team.
• •This intense and fast-paced role requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm to lead local teams and oversee mega operations, ensuring a perfect customer experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead local teams of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, overseeing facility operations and independent Driver Partners.
• •Drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, and Cost Per Order.
• •Manage inbound and outbound delivery operations and drive the financial performance of the site.
• •Ensure compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse.
• •Requirements 12+ years of managing and leadership experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a fast-paced environment leading a blended workforce.
• •Retail, warehouse, logistics, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
• •Bachelor's degree required.
• •Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and team development skills.
