• •You will be the technical owner of core systems like identity, access, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and a positive employee experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT and supporting infrastructure.
• •Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM.
• •Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security.
• •Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems.
• •Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks.
• •Requirements 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant system administration experience.
• •Hands-on AWS administration experience.
• •ServiceNow administration or similar ITSM platform experience.
