About the role
Technical keystone for sales cycle, ensuring customer success on Cloudflare platform.
- •Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a technical keystone throughout the sales cycle, working with enterprise prospects and customers in the iGaming and Web3 sectors.
- •You will educate, empower, and ensure customer success on the Cloudflare platform by leveraging your technical expertise.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the technical keystone through the entire sales cycle, pre and post sales.
- •Educate, empower, and ensure customer success on the Cloudflare platform.
- •Develop new firewall rules from log files, craft performance caching and delivery strategies.
- •Create or repurpose internal tools and scripts for customers.
- •Serve as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
- •Requirements Minimum of 5+ years pre-sales experience in Cloud or Cybersecurity companies, ideally with exposure to regulated industries (iGaming & Web3).
- •Hands-on technical experience.
- •Understanding of "how the internet works", including TCP/UDP, DNS, firewalls, and TLS (SSL).
