Technical keystone for sales cycle, ensuring customer success on Cloudflare platform.

  • Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a technical keystone throughout the sales cycle, working with enterprise prospects and customers in the iGaming and Web3 sectors.
  • You will educate, empower, and ensure customer success on the Cloudflare platform by leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Key Responsibilities Act as the technical keystone through the entire sales cycle, pre and post sales.
  • Educate, empower, and ensure customer success on the Cloudflare platform.
  • Develop new firewall rules from log files, craft performance caching and delivery strategies.
  • Create or repurpose internal tools and scripts for customers.
  • Serve as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
  • Requirements Minimum of 5+ years pre-sales experience in Cloud or Cybersecurity companies, ideally with exposure to regulated industries (iGaming & Web3).
  • Hands-on technical experience.
  • Understanding of "how the internet works", including TCP/UDP, DNS, firewalls, and TLS (SSL).
