TL;DR
Product Manager to own consumer communication and expand credit lifecycle.
- •As a Product Manager, you'll own one of our highest-leverage surfaces: how we reach consumers, how we talk with them and how we earn the trust that turns a missed payment into a fresh start.
- •The work decides whether someone in their hardest financial moment gets a robocall or a way out.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and execution for consumer communication surfaces, including LLM-powered chatbots, voice, email, and text.
- •Develop and implement experimentation engines to optimize outbound communication strategies.
- •Drive product strategy for new consumer credit lifecycle stages, expanding beyond collections.
- •Collaborate closely with engineers to design and build robust systems for high-volume communication.
- •Set new standards for borrower experience, adapting to individual needs in real-time.
- •Requirements Proven ability to decompose problems to root causes and make decisions with incomplete information.
- •Experience holding an absurdly high bar for product quality and execution.
- •Ability to reason from data and design experiments that isolate cause.
- •Experience pushing LLM tooling deep into work and building scalable workflows. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of owning product strategy end-to-end.
