• •Senior Salesforce Developer to maintain and enhance Salesforce instances, integrations, and Service Cloud functionality to support scaling across Lyra Health.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations with third-party systems.
• •Configure and optimize Service Cloud features like Omni-Channel and Case Management.
• •Customize platform with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows and declarative tools.
• •Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and security of Salesforce instances.
• •Requirements 5+ years working with Salesforce in technical/functional roles and solutions delivery. 4+ years development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Force.com APIs.
• •Experience integrating Salesforce with SaaS systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• •Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ implementations.
