Field Enablement Manager (Partner Enablement Program Manager)

Develop and manage partner enablement programs for scientific industry partners.

• •The role involves building and managing enablement programs for Benchling's implementation partners in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and own a scalable partner enablement framework.
• •Build tiered partner certification paths.
• •Facilitate partner enablement activities.
• •Define partner readiness criteria.
• •Work cross-functionally to develop onboarding and enablement programs.
• •Requirements BS or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or similar life science field.
• •Life science background or experience enabling teams serving scientific industries. 4+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management.
• •Experience with eLearning authoring tools and assessment tools.
• •Comfortable facilitating live training for technical and semi-technical audiences.
