  • We're hiring an Inbound BDR to own and operate Rasa's inbound pipeline.
  • This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to break into SaaS and learn how high-quality pipeline is actually created from real buyer intent.
  • Key Responsibilities Quickly qualifying and routing high-intent leads to Account Executives Driving speed-to-lead and ensuring every qualified prospect gets a great first experience Following up on high-value marketing leads (events, content downloads, demo requests, etc.) Partnering closely with marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates Accurately tracking all activity and lead progression in Salesforce Requirements Looking to break into SaaS sales or early in your sales career Highly organized and responsive Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport quickly Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve with a positive attitude Genuinely interested in technology, AI, or how modern software works
